Noah's Ark: Endless Voyage is designed to collect as little personal information as reasonably possible. Most gameplay information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to LilPuma Games.

The Game stores certain information locally on your device so that your progress and preferences can be remembered.
This may include:
Best score
Local leaderboard scores
Unlocked animals
Unlocked ark colours
Daily reward progress
Continue token balance
Game settings, such as audio preferences
Your selected age range
Purchase entitlement information needed to recognise whether banner ads have been removed
Other gameplay progress necessary for the Game to function correctly
This information is stored locally within the Game's application storage.
LilPuma Games does not operate a player account database or gameplay server that receives this locally stored progress.
Locally stored information normally remains on your device until you:
uninstall the Game;
clear the Game's application data; or
otherwise reset or remove the locally stored information.
Noah's Ark: Endless Voyage is designed to be suitable for a mixed audience that may include children, teenagers and adults.
When the Game is first launched, users are asked:
"Which age group are you in?"
The available choices are:
12 or younger
13–15
16–17
18 or older
This is a neutral age screen used only to determine the appropriate advertising and privacy treatment.
Selecting a particular age range does not unlock additional gameplay, rewards, features or content.
The selected age range is stored locally on the user's device.
LilPuma Games does not receive the selected age range on a LilPuma Games server, and the Game does not request the user's exact age or date of birth.
The age selection normally remains stored until the Game's application data is cleared or the Game is uninstalled.
Noah's Ark: Endless Voyage uses Google AdMob, a service provided by Google, to display advertisements.
Advertising within the Game may include:
A banner advertisement on the home screen
An optional rewarded advertisement that may be watched to continue a voyage after a crash
Rewarded advertisements are optional.
If a player chooses not to watch a rewarded advertisement, they can still continue using the Game and start another voyage normally.
The Game restricts advertising to a maximum content rating of G.
Advertising and privacy treatment also depends on the age range selected by the user.
Users who select 12 or younger are treated as children for advertising purposes.
For these users:
Ad requests are marked for child age treatment
Personalised advertising and remarketing are disabled
Advertising is restricted to a maximum content rating of G
Child-appropriate advertising protections are applied
Adult advertising consent is not requested
Advertising identifiers that are prohibited from being transmitted from children under Google Play's Families requirements are not intentionally transmitted by the Game
Users who select 13–15 receive teen advertising treatment.
For these users:
Personalised advertising and remarketing are disabled
Teen advertising protections are applied
Advertising is restricted to a maximum content rating of G
The Game applies a conservative under-age-of-consent privacy treatment
Users who select 16–17 also receive teen advertising treatment.
For these users:

Users who select 18 or older receive the standard adult advertising treatment.

Where personalised advertising is legally permitted, it may be provided only where the user's privacy choices and applicable consent requirements allow it.
Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process certain information in order to provide advertising, measure advertising performance, perform analytics, prevent fraud and protect the security of Google's advertising services.
Depending on the user's age treatment, consent choices, device settings and applicable law, this may include:
Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may be used to estimate general or approximate location
App and advertising interactions, such as app launches, taps and video or advertisement interactions
Diagnostic and performance information relating to the app or advertising SDK
Device, app or advertising identifiers where permitted
Information used for advertising measurement, fraud prevention, security and regulatory compliance
LilPuma Games configures Google AdMob differently depending on the age range selected within the Game.
The collection or use of some identifiers may therefore be restricted or disabled for children, teenagers, users who have not provided applicable consent, or users whose device/privacy settings prevent their use.
Information processed by Google is also subject to Google's own privacy policies and terms.
The Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to help manage advertising privacy requirements.
Where required by applicable privacy law, Google may display a privacy or consent message.
This may apply in regions including the:

Switzerland
United States where applicable state privacy laws require additional choices
Other jurisdictions where Google determines privacy messaging is required
For adult users, Google's privacy message may provide choices relating to personalised advertising, consent and the use of information for advertising purposes.
Users identified by the Game as being under the applicable age of consent receive restricted age treatment instead of being presented with an adult advertising consent flow.
The Game does not initialise advertising until the relevant Google consent system reports that advertising may be requested.
Where Google reports that additional privacy options are required, the Game provides a:

This allows eligible users to reopen Google's privacy options and review or change applicable advertising privacy choices.
Availability of this option may depend on the user's country, age treatment and applicable privacy requirements.
The Game offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that removes banner advertising.
Purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
LilPuma Games does not receive or store your full:
Payment card number
Bank account details
Google account payment credentials
Google Play handles payment processing.
The Game may receive or check purchase entitlement information from Google Play to determine whether the user has purchased the banner-ad removal entitlement.
Purchasing banner-ad removal removes banner advertisements only.
Optional rewarded advertisements used for the continue-after-crash feature remain available because they are voluntarily initiated by the player in exchange for the relevant gameplay benefit.
Purchases and refunds are also subject to Google Play's applicable terms and refund policies.
The Game may use Google Play Billing to determine whether an eligible banner-ad removal purchase has previously been made.
This allows the Game to restore the user's entitlement where supported.
LilPuma Games does not require users to create a separate LilPuma Games account to restore this purchase.
Payment details remain handled by Google Play.
Noah's Ark: Endless Voyage contains configuration relating to Google Play Games and planned global leaderboard functionality.
However, global online leaderboards are not currently active.
The Global Top 100 areas within the Game are currently displayed as:

The current version does not intentionally submit gameplay scores to the planned Global Top 100 leaderboard.
Players do not need to use a global leaderboard in order to play the Game.
If global leaderboard functionality is activated in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Game's Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be reviewed and updated where necessary.
The Game stores a local leaderboard on your device.
These scores are used to show your best voyages and other locally recorded scores.
Local leaderboard information remains on your device and is not uploaded to a LilPuma Games server.
Training Mode is designed to allow players to practise gameplay.
Scores achieved in Training Mode:
do not unlock animals;
do not unlock ark colours;
are not submitted to global online leaderboards; and
do not contribute to permanent game progression where the Game specifies that progression is disabled during training.
Training Mode information is handled locally as part of normal gameplay.
The Game may include gameplay systems such as Daily Rewards and Continue Tokens.
These features exist only to support gameplay.
Associated balances or progress are stored locally on your device and are not used by LilPuma Games to identify you personally.
Noah's Ark: Endless Voyage does not require a LilPuma Games account.
The Game itself does not ask you to provide LilPuma Games with information such as:
Your full name
Your exact date of birth
Your exact age
Your postal address
Your phone number
Your contacts
Your photographs or videos
Your private messages
Your health information
Your payment card details
Your bank account details
Your precise GPS location
The Game does not require normal gameplay access to your camera or microphone.
Third-party services integrated into the Game may process limited device, advertising, interaction and diagnostic information as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

LilPuma Games takes additional steps to protect younger users.
Noah's Ark: Endless Voyage uses a neutral age screen before advertising is initialised.
Users who identify themselves as aged 12 or younger receive child advertising treatment.
For these users:
Personalised advertising is disabled
Remarketing is disabled
Advertising is restricted to a maximum content rating of G
Google's child-directed advertising protections are applied
The Game does not request an adult advertising consent decision from the child
Teen users also receive restricted advertising treatment and do not receive personalised advertising.
The selected age range is stored locally and is not sent to a LilPuma Games server.
LilPuma Games does not operate an account system designed to collect names, email addresses or similar player profile information from children through Noah's Ark: Endless Voyage.

LilPuma Games aims to minimise the amount of personal information processed by the Game.
Gameplay progress and the user's selected age range are primarily stored locally rather than in a LilPuma Games online account.
Information transmitted to Google services is transmitted using the security protections provided by those services.
Google states that information collected through the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Locally stored information remains on your device until it is removed.

Local leaderboard scores
Unlocked content
Settings

You can normally remove this information by:
uninstalling the Game; or

Information processed independently by Google is retained and managed according to Google's applicable privacy policies, retention practices, user controls and legal obligations.
